As committed museum members, The Fashion Grid is thrilled about last week's opening of the “Louis Vuitton-Marc Jacobs” show at Les Arts Décoratifs in Paris. Fashion often goes unrecognized as an art form, and the role of museums is significant in reinforcing the artistic value in the fashion itself. After the amazing success of the Alexander McQueen exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, TFG hopes for more exhibits supporting the work of fashion designers and allowing eager visitors like us to indulge in all the beauty.
